Resource Group offer integrated flight crew recruitment and screening solution to airlines

Following the Germanwings tragedy, and in the light of an EASA Task Force recommends that 'all airline pilots should undergo psychological evaluation as part of training or before entering service' Resource Group has adapted its services to best support clients, providing the tools they need to recruit and retain pilots.

Resource Group’s ADAPT system provides blended assessments of a pilots’ physical and cognitive ability, personality, skills and behaviour. The whole process is managed through a single point of contact and in cases where clients are working with more than one recruitment provider. Submitted candidate profiles are managed through the process on behalf of the client. 

The system offers eight different levels of assessment from Ab-initio through to TRI/TRE.

Stephan Hickman, managing director of Resource Group’s Flight Crew Services business said:  “We have seen a lack of any real innovation coming from flight crew recruitment providers. It is just as important for the candidate to be right for the organisation as it is for the organisation to meet the expectations of the pilot; this helps with retention and enhances job satisfaction – a happy pilot is a more stable and reliable pilot.”
