Recaro Aircraft Seating will unveil the evolution of its bestseller BL3520 at Aircraft Interiors Hamburg, along with its new CL6710 business class seat.

The new Recaro BL3530 combines the outstanding passenger comfort and lightweight design of the globally successful predecessor with innovative solutions which facilitate the handling of personal electronic devices. New contemporary style elements and additional features make this seat the best choice for short-and medium-haul flights.

“Connectivity is no longer just an option, but a necessity. With our new BL3530, we respond to these market demands”, says Dr. Mark Hiller, chief executive officer of Recaro Aircraft Seating.

The new seat features smartly-designed solutions which facilitate the handling of personal electronic devices such as a tablet PC holder, a new pocket for towing as well as power supply for charging electronic devices.

“The new tablet PC holder is the most striking advancement in the evolution of the seat”, said Hiller. “Its ingenious design enables ideal ergonomic positioning of all standard-sized tablet devices with an optimal viewing angle.”

The company is also presenting its new CL6710 business class seat for long-haul flights at the show.

“The new product generation for the business class segment is 100 percent Recaro,” says Dr. Mark Hiller, chief executive officer of Recaro Aircraft Seating. “The CL6710 embodies our strengths – the combination of comfort, ingenious design, quality, and lightweight design and – thanks to its efficiency – meets future market requirements.”

The new CL6710 from Recaro Aircraft Seating is a 180-degree full flat-bed seat. It combines high comfort with the possibility of a high density cabin. It has excellent living space, direct aisle access, and a variety of stowage opportunities. Furthermore, it features low weight without compromising passenger comfort.

“The Recaro CL6710 is unique in that it sets new standards by combining all these factors in one seat,” added Hiller.
