Posted 10 April 2018 · Add Comment

Recaro Aircraft Seating has again received a certificate in the Airbus supplier support rating.

The aircraft manufacturer surveys its customers once a year with the industry-renowned “Supplier Support Rating“. Airbus honors Recaro Aircraft Seating with a rating certificate. Recaro Aircraft Seating consistently maintains its good score with the ambition to reach excellence next year.

The main criteria for the valuation are product reliability, spares on-time delivery, quick response times of customer service, and cost. Recaro is also expanding its customer service support and was issued the first STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) approval for Airbus A321.

“This award by Airbus shows that our long-term strategic planning for strong customer satisfaction is paying off,” says Dr. Mark Hiller, Chief Executive Officer and Shareholder of Recaro Aircraft Seating. “It is a great incentive to the company and team. An important asset is to be a comprehensive solutions provider.”
