Qatar Airways wins Edinburgh Airport Best Customer award

The airline was presented the award by Rob Lang, Edinburgh Airport’s Head of Marketing at a glittering ceremony at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow last night. 

Now in their 24th year, the awards celebrate excellence in the Scottish travel industry and are widely regarded as one of the most important events in the Scottish travel industry calendar. 

Qatar Airways Country manager, UK & Ireland, Morena Bronzetti, said: “We are honoured to be recognised as offering the best customer service by Scotland’s largest airport after just two years of operations from Edinburgh.
