NasJet signs up Jeppesen for trip planning services

Jeppesen, has signed a multi-year service contract with leading Saudi Arabian private jet operator NasJet to provide international trip planning services to increase the Riyadh-based airline's flight department operational efficiency.


The Boeing subsidiary said this service contract underscored its dedication to serving not just the key Saudi Arabian market but the entire Middle Eastern region, as operators seek tools to take advantage of continuing technology advances for streamlining operations in the global private jet marketplace.
“Being the largest and fastest growing business aviation company in the Middle East, NasJet teaming with Jeppesen’s regionally-based experts with access to extensive contact databases and credit payment lines will work to increase our operational efficiency on a worldwide scale,” said Saad Al Azwari, CEO of NasJet. “Jeppesen understands the complexities of operating in global airspace and we look forward to continuing our close relationship as they support our plans to expand our business in the near future.”
Jeppesen International Trip Planning professionals are available 24/7/365 to manage all aspects of planning international flight operations. This includes itinerary and route planning, flight plans, filing, charting, weather and NOTAMs, overflight and landing permits, airfield slots, Customs notifications, ground handling, fuel, security, hotel, ground transportation, catering, EU ETS support, international rules and regulation compliance, and more, for passenger and cargo flight operations.
Jeppesen is also providing NasJet with flight planning, runway analysis, charting and navigation data services, to fully support NasJet’s flight operation needs.
