Jet Professionals launches Middle East staffing solution

Jet Professionals has launched a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service to provide clients in the Middle East with a strategic solution for selecting highly qualified personnel.

The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) product of Jet Professionals specialises in end-to-end staffing support and customisable recruitment solutions. Through RPO, clients will have access to a wide range of Jet Professionals’ staffing services, including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates, behavioural assessments, compliance checks, applicant scheduling, administrative management and post-hiring for an all-in-one monthly or quarterly fixed cost.

Jet Professionals’ RPO will help organisations alleviate their human resource departments of recruiting and training and deliver a strategic advantage through the quality of their candidates. This exclusive package also substantially reduces risk and recruiting fees compared to other placement programmes.

“Our goal is to provide our customers with the most qualified candidates and we are continually striving for ways to add new capabilities in better serving the industry’s requirements for skilled and experienced professionals,” said George Kythreotis, vice president and general manager of Jet Professionals. “The advantage in having an RPO is that it significantly decreases the cycle time to recruit candidates in volume while offering significant savings in recruiting fees.”

Jet Professionals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jet Aviation, a General Dynamics company, was founded in 1983 in the US and provides international aviation staffing services.
