Jazeera Airways was recently ranked #1 in the region and # 2 on a global scale for its 2016 performance on overall punctuality.

The airline topped with an average On-Time performance (OTP) of 92.6 percent, in the annual OAG Punctuality League - the industry’s most comprehensive annual ranking of on-time performance (OTP) for the world’s airlines and airports. The accreditation was judged based on On-Time percentage of flights that depart or arrive within 15 minutes of airline schedule, by the international leader in air travel intelligence.

The OAG Punctuality League is derived from the most comprehensive airline schedules database in the world and is the most transparent global benchmark for the world's airlines and airports. OAG leverages the world's largest network of air travel data to provide accurate, timely, actionable digital information and applications to the world’s airlines, airports, government agencies and travel-related service companies.

“We are extremely proud of this achievement as being recognised among the best in class on a global scale and as an unchallenged regional leader is testament to our commitment to maximum customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Our legacy is a journey of strategic turning points and noteworthy recognitions thanks to our dynamic and customer-centric workforce”, said Rohit Ramachandran, chief executive officer at Jazeera Airways.
