EgyptAir Training Center implements TrainAir Plus training programme

In cooperation with the International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO, EgyptAir has implemented the TrainAir Plus programme.

The course was attended by a number of instructors in various fields of training, including; trainers of pilots, engineers, cabin crew training ,quality ,human resources and professional skills. 

Software developers will use the plan to develop training programmes according to the latest training methods which are approved by the International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO ,to raise performance levels at EgyptAir which are related to air safety and customer service .

TrainAir Plus programme aims at raising the levels of safety and efficiency air organisations working in the air transport industry , by raising the performance levels of individuals through the application of systems and standardised training ways and through a system of sharing training programs that was designed and developed through the program among the organizations members in the programme.

And training in line with the policy recently adopted by ICAO and ICAO initiatives with the next generation of professionals in the field of aviation. 

This initiative aims to adopt a new standard model for the development of training programmes based on the efficiency of the performance of the workers in the field of civil aviation.
