EgyptAir starts weekly flight between Tokyo and Luxor

EgyptAir has commenced a weekly flight between Tokyo and Luxor in the south of the country,

The first flight landed at Luxor international Airport over the weekend.

Captain Sherif Ezzat said that he considered these flights as positive indicator to increase tourist movement coming from Japanese cities to Egypt. He added that the company would not hesitate to provide all the support required for the tour organisers to operate direct flights to Egyptian tourist destinations.

The chartered flights are due to be operated over the coming six months the itinerary of Cairo Osaka Narita Luxor on a Boeing B777/300ER.
