EgyptAir and LOT enhance sign codeshare agreement

EgyptAir and LOT have enhanced their relations by signing codeshare agreement for passengers flying between Cairoand Warsaw.

Owing to this cooperation both airlines customers will take advantage of convenient connections on LO and MS codes via Budapest and Milan.

Both airlines agreed to publish mutual codes on selected European destinations to provide seamless travel between Cairo and Warsaw. New marketing codes were introduced on November 14 for travel as from November 17, 2017. 

LOT and EgyptAir codeshare cooperation means tangible advantages for passengers, such as one code issuer, reciprocal mileage accrual and redemption, check-in luggage to the final destination and re-protection  in case of any schedule disruption.

“EgyptAir and LOT Polish Airlines have longstanding relations through which both airlines’ customers have received many benefits. The new extensionof the agreement aims at providing the customers with more travel options and more convenience throughout their flights,“ said Safwat Musallam Chairman & CEO EgyptAir Holding.

“The expanded codeshare agreement will drive commercial opportunities for both airlines, and more importantly unleash the true benefits of the partnership by offering business and leisure travelers enhanced connections making product and service improvements for maximum passenger satisfaction,” added Safwat.
